Pallavi Ridout

My mission is to help you, your team and organization bring your best selves to work. There is nothing more rewarding than helping you reach higher levels of personal excellence, achieve powerful breakthroughs, measurable outcomes as well as sustainable change.

The Journey: Corporate America to Entrepreneurship

Pallavi’s personal philosophy on life is, instead of living a life of “I wish, I had”, lead a life of no regrets which starts with “I will, I can & I did”

Did you know individuals spend 1/3rd of their lifetime at work and shockingly 87% of people have no passion for their jobs and are actively disengaged!

What this means is that majority of workforce is living a life of regret! Regret that they are spending precious hours of their lives being UN-productive, DIS-engaged, forming UN-meaningful relationships and ultimately NOT producing effective results within organizations!

After working in corporate America for 20+ years, Pallavi found herself facing similar regrets and made some radical changes by leaving her highly successful career in order to “lead a life of no regrets.”. A life where she could follow her passion, truly find joy in her work, spend time with loved ones as well as lead a more meaningful and purposeful life in service of others.

This led her to establish The ELM Advisory Group, enabling Pallavi to make a difference in people’s lives. Through The Engage Lead Motive Advisory Advisory Group Pallavi focuses on developing leaders, teams and individuals, helping them achieve personal excellence and ultimately making a meaningful impact within their organizations.

Pallavi’s mission is to help leaders, teams and individuals find their purpose and ignite a “phire” to unleash their full potential and bring their best selves to work. Thereby creating an organizational climate that is engaging, motivating and lends to achieving higher levels of productivity, employee morale and business results.
